TIPS
- Too many patties and not enough Keepers? Chill them, then transfer them to Freezer Mates® with parchment paper between patties to prevent sticking while freezing.
- Overabundance of homegrown zucchini? Grate some, measure 1-cup portions, and use Hamburger Press to make patties for freezing. Then any time through the off-season, grab a frozen patty of zucchini shreds to add to soups or stews, or thaw a couple to make zucchini bread. They’re already measured so no guesswork!
